"We asked for clean towels to replace the ones removed by housekeeping twice on the first day. Finally went to the front desk and got them ourselves at 4pm even though we had asked staff twice who were cleaning rooms on our floor. The second day although the towels were replaced and the bathroom cleaned our bed was not made when we came back to the room at 2pm. This was extremely disappointing in terms of the service we would normally expect."

"The staff was really wonderful and the rooms were OK. You can tell that they’re really old and should be renovating but other than that it was a pretty good place. Nobody bothers you."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional.
