"Price of staying in the hotel doesn't reflect"

"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"This hotel has renovated recently, and while that was clearly noted in description, once we arrived it was way beyond what we expected. The room was fantastic, exceptional clean, high ceilings, very spacious, comfortable beds, balcony , kitchenette etc. Reception staff were extremely warm friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous, right across from the lake, beach and promenade. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool or hot tub that is outside under a lovely gazebo, but it...

"This was the cutest little cottage! Although it is pretty tiny…or cozy is a better description; there was nothing missing, no detail forgotten, in this little cabin. It was in immaculate condition, & the grounds are well tended to. Theres plenty of places to relax: in loungers, the tree swing, a hammock, & the hot tub! It was a very comfortable stay."

"Best hotel in Hope. Right next door to the sheriffs office in the Rambo movie. The hotel was more than a 2 star.. the room was large, clean and the bathroom was awesome. If you are looking for a place in Hope this place is not even a question, it’s a no brainer."
