"Used the Motel6 App for booking reservations. Once I selected the room I wanted and used my credit card to reserve the selected room, my confirmation would show a different room. "Upon arrival myself and others guest checking in were informed that there was no hot water and could opt to make other reservations elsewhere if we choose. There seemed to be a problem with my check in since I booked with a 3rd party though I was never told the issue. Room was nice and clean though the bathroom was in need of ventilation. Also, we could not make coffee in the morning because our coffee maker didn't have a basket to put the coffee in. Room service only came to your room every 3 days. It was not a horrible experience, but enough to make me not want to book here again."
