"We did not stay and would really like our money back. The hotel said Expedia has to refund us. The room smelled AWFUL like pungent cinnamon and fish, and they were fully booked/claimed not other rooms. "

"Lovely historic hotel with a great location and all the amenities. Walking distances to so many restaurants, shops, the Shakespeare Theatre, and other attractions. Breakfast bar was delicious and had so many choices. Only downside was it was short staffed and there was a wait for a table. "

The shower was great no issues with pressure or the water getting cold. My biggest suggestion would be to have a heated indoor pool. It’s nice having an indoor pool but it suck if it feels like an outdoor pool. "

The freezer was leaking, and the toilet had a strong, unpleasant odor similar to a public restroom. The water park was very small, yet cost $350 for four tickets, and it was extremely overcrowded. Overall, the experience turned into a nightmare"
