"Don’t come here. The rooms are just too much. My cousin and I came here for a moving experience & it went left. The sink missing a handle, no remote for the tv, the tv had cracks in the screen, no WiFi, the phone was “so say” an decoration it had no buttons, and the cabinet door came off the hinges. Oh My Gosh, don’t come here."

"We chose to stay at your facility for our 28th wedding anniversary and it was a terrible experience. We looked forward to using the pool which was closed. We looked forward to having drinks from the bar which ended up being two different types of beer out of a deli box I love Starbucks coffee, and no one there knew how to use the machine I ended up having to get DoorDash and they gave my food to the wrong room number. It was a terrible weekend all around."

"My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...

"Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property"
