"Unique stay! - a building from 1800s that survived a huge fire! Definitely look into the history! - I found the location super convenient & I am a light sleeper and had no issues with noise. Skytrain station is right there and takes you from Surrey to downtown Vancouver easy. The waterfront is right there. Walking to restaurants, I would say this is a historic hidden gem! Definitely would stay again."

"The first night we got there we went to the hot tub and we kept seeing either a really big mouse or a rat running across the pool area and along the eating area where the restaurant was. It freaked my girlfriend out that we only used the pool and hot tub twice while we were there because she was too scared to go into it. We have left the hotel messages to call us regarding it and then they have not done anything. We had to pay like $1500 for two nights so we are very disappointed."

"Good location, with prompt messaging from the owner. A couple of silverfish in the washroom, however clean property otherwise. Personally had a bad experience with the other guests staying, they took 1-3 hours showering in the washroom, leaving a horrible mess. Did not respect the quiet hours, the walls are very thin. If you are looking to stay here, be mindful that there is only 1 washroom shared with 2 other guest rooms."

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Free parking was a great bonus and made everything more convenient. Overall, everything was excellent.feel like a home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Overall a clean room definitely dated portable ac unit is loud but it works small tv and room had no storage or dresser coffee machine was broken downstairs they did offer an alternative yet im not much for instant"

"My room was clean, and the hotel smelled fresh. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room every day, and it was always spotless. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly as well. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I also liked that there were several laundry rooms available on every third floor. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay."
