I didn't have the greatest experience here. I had to change rooms around 10pm because I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I was already unpacked and everything so had to re-pack and move. The 2nd room was okay but they moved me to the 3rd floor where it appeared the ice machine was ripped out so you had to go down to the first floor to get ice (and the elevators were SO SLOW). Breakfast was okay-- I loved the waffle maker, but the eggs were always lukewarm and watery so not the best if you want a "hot" breakfast.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Housekeeping was non-existent. Nobody ever came to clean up our rooms. They only focused on cleaning rooms of people who were checking out. I had to keep calling the front desk for towels/washcloths which took about 3-4 times before I just decided to go downstairs. It was the front desk staff who had to go find me more towels herself. It was a shame because the rooms were so spacious and clean.

quick drive to Wesleyan, hotel was clean, they forgot to install bathroom locks at this location (they installed the lock on the sliding door but nothing on the wall for it to click into), the beds are rock hard and one of the people they have working the breakfast station needs to be moved to a different position. We waited 15 minutes for the eggs, bread and coffee to be refilled before asking...the front desk told us breakfast is over at 9:00 so that might be it (it was 8:15), and when we asked the person woman who refills the breakfast she told us..while clearly annoyed...eggs take time to cook. Maybe if that's your job you should anticipate that.

Room was spacious and open especially the bathroom. There were enough incandescent light but it was just still dark. Daily parking fee was a turn off especially when the surrounding parking areas were unmaneauvarable and narrow. Breakfast was mediocre. They may want to change up the daily sausage patties and wet eggs.

No housekeeping provided over a 3 day stay

Our room was never cleaned despite multiple requests. The room itself was reasonably pleasant, and the front desk staff were polite. But the lack of regular housekeeping for a three day stay was unacceptable. Part of the pleasure of staying in a hotel is to have the bed made, sink, cleaned, and towels refreshed. We checked in on a Friday evening and then went out for the day on Saturday. When we returned to the hotel on Saturday evening, our room had not been cleaned. We went down to the front desk to raise our concern and get fresh towels. Ofelia at the desk told us that we weren’t entitled to our room being cleaned because we were only staying two nights. We confirmed that our reservation was for three nights. She then apologized and said she would put our names on the list to make sure that our room was cleaned on Sunday. On Sunday morning when we left the hotel, we spoke with the Front Desk person to verify that our room would be cleaned that day, and we assured that it would be. When we returned on Sunday evening, our room had not been cleaned. We asked for the manager to call us, which never happened either that evening or the next morning. When we checked out on Monday and raised our concerns about what had happened with housekeeping, we were told that we would get Marriott points in compensation. And even this has not happened. We are quite disappointed as we generally like the Marriott brand.

Untrustworthy. I had to check out early. I forgot my Amazon fire stick attached to the TV. I called and asked if they could mail it to me. The person I called went to the room to look for it. They told me it and the remote wasn't there, but the HDMI cable was out of the TV. She said she asked the cleaning lady and checked her cart. I verified my daughter didn't get it, then called back and asked if they can ask the cleaning lady again. She took offense and insisted they didn't have it I know 100% it was there when I left. It's a shame this happens for a $50 device.
