"We really appreciated that an issue concerning noisy neighbors at 2 a.m. was handled quickly and the noise was stopped! All the staff were friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend a stay here! "

"I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The microwave was unclean, and my children were subjected racial profiling by another guest. When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the toilet was clogged for the majority of our stay.i am extremely disappointed I am on limited income and I had a terrible experience"

"I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this."

"The breakfast "buffet" is not all that great for the price they charge. One guest said to me that she wanted her 3 kids to see the offerings before she spent $80 on BREAKFAST for her kids. Better to go to Mc D. and get big breakfast for $5!"

"Bed was shot. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Lots of empty rooms yet I had an elephant above me stomping around. I won't stay there again. "

"Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! "It was fine for 1 night, but it is very dated and the curtains were ripped and the room wasn't very clean. I had planned to stay and work after checkout but they were having some big event and wouldn't let me sit in the dining area or the business room (which was a reason I booked this hotel) because of it. My ride had already left, so I had to uber into town and sit in the local library to work. "
