"Do not waste your money! The whole place smells like urine! There was mold and when I used the bathroom the handle of the water faucet fell off! I cancelled my reservation right away!"

"I was up all night when I stayed there May 8, 2026 There was a couple of men drunk making loud noise in the hallway all night and I didn't help my room was right next to the elevator."

"This hotel opened prematurely. It was a mess, dusty, and the room difficult to get to. You should not keep this hotel in your system. Ruined a wonderful trip."

"Upon arrival, reception informed us that the restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. Not a great start and it got much worse. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting the complimentary coffee bar consisted of 2 keurigs and a total of 3 coffee pods. Returning to the room at 10pm the key wouldn’t work. We walked down to the reception and received a new set. Also didn’t work. Back down to the lobby. The reception person ultimately had to break into the room using a crowbar and hammer. By this time it’s after midnight. We had to pack all of gear up and move rooms. They didn’t help us at all, in fact I had to go down to the lobby again and retrieve a luggage cart. The rooms both had wallpaper coming off the walls and no toilet paper. Next day we didn’t get a call or visit about the situation. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Stay here at your own peril."

"Tired facility with excellent staff. Upon entering my room I found the HVAC system not working, the house phone not working and the commode self flushing every 4-5 minutes. The TV worked but had its unique style and I had to be told how to use it. First and last stay at a Comfort Inn."
