"The room was okay, but the toilet/shower area showed signs of age and the vent was full of dust. Breakfast is from 6-9 am. We got to breakfast at 8:25 am and there were only a few eggs and bagels left- no biscuits and gravy, no yogurt, no waffle mix, no cereal, no sausage, no oatmeal, etc. Very disappointing!!!!"

"Front counter lady was very grumpy and acted like she hated her job. Breakfast was horrible. Beds were clean but overall place was very old outdated and falling apart"

"The room was gross. They tried to remodel, but never wiped off the dust/clean, foreign liquid on the sheets felt grimy-gross. I didn’t even stay the night. I left pretty much as soon as I walked in and walked out lost my money didn’t care at this point I was super tired and had to find a new hotel to stay in"

"The staff was very nice, and accommodated our late check-out due to my medical issues. The toiletries smell amazing! If you forget something, they have a 24 hour al a carte available for payment. The soundproofing between rooms was absolutely perfect!!! Couldn't hear anyone next door, couldn't hear the maids in the morning cleans the rooms!!! Highly recommended for all!!!!!"

"Overall, an okay stay. I appreciate a hotel that's not right off the highway, it was quiet. However, it is a shame you have to pay for mediocre breakfast. Staff wasn't the friendliest, they seem to be understaffed maybe? Room was not very clean, there were hairs all over the shower and bathroom, I don't think the shower had been cleaned. There was also a stain on the cover sheet for the bed. Would give them another chance if we ever need to stay here again. "

"We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. "Friendly staff—very welcoming when we first arrived. Room was clean and quiet although hotel is near the interstate. Breakfast was good—plenty of choices. Hot cooked breakfast was just what I needed. Coffee was good!"

"There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative.
