Hyatt Place Huntsville/ Research Park/ Redstone

8/10 Good

"Cons: Beds weren’t exactly comfortable, pillows were lacking as well. absolutely no noise canceling (could hear people closing doors even with tv on, as well as cars going up and down road all night) shower was noisy, water pressure sucked. No shower/tub combo as stated online. Pros: staff was super friendly. Ample handicap parking spots, breakfast was decent, room was clean."

10/10 Excellent

"Lets start with Check-in. The receptionist was amazing. she was friendly and quick. She answered my questions with a smile. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also great. It was a good mix of some warm but some cold stuff. I think it was a good breakfast. I love when they give me options for waffles, eggs and sausage. This was worth the price, it was affordable without it being worn down."

10/10 Excellent

"The towels in the room leave something to be desired, as does the cheap toilet paper. That seems to be a common theme at most hotels, though. Aside from that, the hotel was excellent! Ms. Courtney at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in, and the option of food and drinks at 5:30 was something we had never heard of before anywhere we had stayed, what a nice offering! We had two small kids with us and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a small closet, a rack for our luggage and drawer space for clothing. The bathroom was clean, and when we called to ask for an extra blanket and more towels they were kind and accommodating. The kids loved the pool, the pool and exercise area were very clean and well kept. The elevators were smooth and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and it was nice to have it be included as part of the cost as opposed to an extra fee. Parking was free and an easy walk to the front. Overall, our experience was excellent and we will be back next time we are in Huntsville!"
