"Early morning check out no one was at the desk. Informed security I was checking out and took the shuttle to airport. Check my credit card a few days later to see if they had released the hold on my card they haven’t. Called to find out why they didn’t check me out yet after 3 days. Couldn’t believe it. We requested connecting rooms in the initial reservation, and they honored our request. "Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. Also if you want shuttle service keep in mind they only take u to airport every 40 mins! Didn’t get to eat breakfast bc it wasn’t out when we left but they...

"Our stay was good, however someone was smoking weed and you could smell it coming out from the vents. Which irritated my allergies. The building could use some renovation, beautiful property with wore out Paint ect. A little TLC goes a long ways."

"Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns..."

"On my second night someone entered my room after 10:00 and claimed they had put their belongings in the room earlier. No one answered at the desk when my husband called to find out how someone else had a card to get in our room. Upon checking out the next morning, we told the clerk what happened and she took our phone number for the manager to call us-no one ever did."
