"Our stay was fine. The parking situation around the room we were assigned could be a bit of a struggle. We were in room 812 and the uplight illuminating BML signage was crazy bright coming into our room at night with the blinds closed. I would also not classify the stay as peaceful. There was non-stop noise coming from rooms around us as well as outside in the parking lot area, walkways, and Tunnel Mountain RD. I could hear what was being said in the adjacent room late at night. To some those might not be a bother, but for others.. it can be an issue."

"Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, but housekeeping only came to clean the room until 4PM when we were already back from the ski hill. Parking is quite terrible. Not enough parking in the parkade for guests, and the road is ripped up outside the hotel so had to park far away. For the lack of parking apparent skeleton cleaning staff I would have expected to pay much less."

"Booked 4 nights at this hotel for a family vacation. Because we booked on Expedia I’m sure we were given the oldest and least accessible room. We had to haul our luggage up and down stairs as there was no other way of getting to our room. Then our room was on the side of the hotel and had a living area upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. More hauling luggage up and down stairs. Room was old and needed to be updated. Bed was lumpy. When asked about changing rooms front desk told us that was all they had and didn’t try very hard to help us. We will not stay here again. "

"The room was nice and clean. Love the coffee bar. Staff was super friendly. The pool was a hit. "

"The kitchen had most things. We asked the front desk for bucket coffee filters and it would have been nice to have a not-stick frying pan or skillet. Otherwise, it met all our needs. Great spot after a day of skiing and hiking."

"Rooms were spacious and tidy, pool was great and the play place was tidy check in process was great, the front desk girl even got us in sooner. We had an issue with some wet firewood and more dry wood was brought to our room. "
