Very well maintained, on-site parking. 2 min walk to the beach, and 5 min walk to stores and restos, will be back again for another stay.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Updated bathroom and good shower pressure. Super comfortable bed. Can’t get more convenient location to the beach and action in Harwich.

We had a quick trip to the Cape, and was so happy I picked the Kingfisher! The rooms were so clean and staff, PG, was very friendly and accommodating! Thank you! Being so close to the Ocean was awesome, will definitely be back again! Thank you for a nice stay!

Great little room in quiet neighborhood steps from Bank St Beach & only a short walk to main street. Staff was very responsive to our questions & requests. Room had everything we needed. Only issue was that the room felt humid/damp when the air handling/AC unit was set on cooling. But when turned to the dehumidification setting, it was much more comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

This place was perfect for my friend and I’s little girls weekend getaway! For reference we are both 24 year olds. It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!!

This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The property is located 1/2 block off the beach and access to the beach is extremely convenient and close! Parking was readily available despite possible shortages of spaces. My party had 3 adults (friends) and my original reservation with 2 doubles was intended to accommodate 4 adults but I upgraded my reservation to a larger room with 3 beds total. That was the best decision because although we are friends, sleeping in the same bed with another (unrelated) adult is less than optimal!

Our room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed being able to sit outside at a patio table in the morning before walking to the beach. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place right by the beach and the town center, it was extremely clean, our room had ac, a mini fridge and a great bathroom. The manager also allowed us to park on the property after we checked out which was very convenient. 10/10 will be back.
