"Overall our stay was okay, but certainly a little underwhelming to what we were expecting. It was a lovely period property which you expect to find in Dunedin, but sadly not being utilised to its full potential. Unsure what the term ‘boutique’ technically represents, but if it’s upscale/premium; then this isn’t what we got. Really great sized rooms and bathroom, but overall lacking some routine maintenance and looking/feeling pretty tired. Although the main areas were clean, edgings, skirtings...

"Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"The bathroom sliding door couldn’t be closed, you could see marks all down it where people had tried to force it to move. The shower was cold unless turned to the highest setting where it would change in and out from warm and boiling water."
