"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – One of the Best Hotel Experiences I’ve Had! I had an outstanding stay at Walnut Inn Roland and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The bed was comfortable, everything was spotless, and the entire property felt safe and cared for. One thing that really stood out was the generous parking. There was plenty of space, making it easy to park and access my room without any hassle—something that’s becoming harder to find these days. The owner deserves special recognition. Their dedication to providing an excellent guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in running a first-class establishment. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with amazing staff, convenient parking, and an owner who genuinely values customer service, Walnut Inn Roland is the place to stay. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 5 Stars – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The man that worked in the evening was super nice. & helpful.. the AC in room 127 did NOT work, the housekeepers gave me towels 2 put in the floor 2 soak up the water that was pouring out of it, the bed was hard as a rock. We normally stay there every year on memorial weekend but we will be going down the road from now on.. definatly NOT worth the $$"

"We were on a long road trip and needed a place just to sleep and then get on the road again. This hotel was great for that. Lobby updated and very nice. The staff informative and friendly. Room needs updating having the old hotel smell, older carpeting and popcorn ceilings. But the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure but the towels very thin. Nice size fridge. Had a coffee pot and microwave. Hotel was surprisingly quiet during the night. Free breakfast was hot and delicious: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual cereal and muffins. This hotel is your basic place to stay on a road trip on par for the money."

"This is just a place to sleep it’s not fancy. The pool isn’t heated so it was 40 degrees. It stunk in the pool area. The whole place just gave me the ick. We ended up leaving and not even spending the night."

"We had to leave a day early bc my husband was getting welps all over his body face neck arms legs not sure y and then didn’t even get reimbursed for the day we didn’t stay they said they don’t do that. The first night we was there I was having to kill roaches, and there amities are not right for example it says they give u vouchers for breakfast they didn’t, they said they don’t do that either and it says in room massages they don’t do that either. They need to update picture’s and there amenities bc nothing matched. "
