Une étape agréable

Si vous recherchez une escapade relaxante dans une belle région, je ne peux que vous recommander vivement l'hôtel Berria. Cet endroit est tout simplement parfait sous tous les angles. L'accueil que nous avons reçu dès notre arrivée était chaleureux et convivial. Le personnel était extrêmement attentif à nos besoins et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que possible. Les chambres sont confortables, avec une décoration élégante et moderne. Nous avons apprécié le niveau de propreté et la qualité des équipements fournis. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, tout était frais et bien présenté, avec un service impeccable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les produits locaux. En somme, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous y reviendrons et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit paisible et confortable.

Très belle expérience basque

Yvelines, France 222100 Très belle expérience basque Avis sur Hotel Berria Avis publié : hier Hotel trouvé un peu par hasard, lors d'une recherche de dernière minute. Première très bonne impression : la maison basque est magnifique ! la rénovation a été faite avec bcp de gout, mélangeant tradition et confort / fonctionnalités modernes. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais aucun espace perdu, WC séparé. C'est fonctionnel, propre et agréable. Expérience réussie d'un diner léger. Nous sommes donc revenus queues jours plus tard pour la partie de pelote a mains nues du trinquet attenant (superbe rénovation !) suivie d'un diner. Une très belle expérience, tant pour le spectacle au trinquet que pour le diner. La cuisine allie également tradition basque et modernité pour un résultat bien réussi. La carte courte est signe de fraicheur, les saveurs sont bien présentes et les tarifs corrects. Et enfin, pour nos deux expériences, une mention spéciale au personnel vraiment très accueillant, souriant et prévenant

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet établissement pour le week-end l'ascension. Premier week-end de l'année où les températures excédees les 35 degrés. L'hôtel n'avait pas anticipé ces fortes chaleurs en actionnant la climatisation dans les chambres, de ce fait il nous a été impossible de dormir dans celle que nous occupions sous les toits. De plus, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4*, malgré quelques produits régionaux, nous avons trouvé des produits congelés (pain, viennoiseries, gâteau basque) et jus de fruits industriel (jocker) pour un tarif non négligeable. Ces remarques ont été formulées à notre départ, nous espérons qu'elles aient été prise en compte. Nous reconnaissons toutefois la qualité de cet établissement.

Hotel certes propre et accueillant, mais unaménagement de chambre peu pratique. Le design prend le pas sur l'intimité et l'aspect pratique. La salle d'eau ouverte, l'absence de vrais chevets, les interrupteurs bien cachés (si si)... sont des points négatifs indéniables. Ajoutons à cela une salle de petit déjeuner sous dimensionnée, 10 mn d'attente pour avoir du jus d'orange (très bon) et vous comprendrez notre étonnement devant les avis si positifs et les 4 étoiles.

Bel hôtel tout confort (machine à café à dispo dans la chambre, peignoirs, mini bar). Excellent accueil et sens du service. Petit bémol dans notre chambre (premier prix) lit en 140 un peu étroit et pas de porte de separation de la salle de bain. Un grand plus pour le restaurant où nous avons dégusté un diner délicieux

Digne d'un 5 étiles

Etablissement de très bon niveau. L'accueil est simple, souriant et très efficace. Les équipements haut de gamme de la chambre sont plus proches d'un 5 étoiles que d'un quatre étoiles et la décoration est raffinée. Enfin, le restaurant permet de déguster des plats faits maison cuisinés avec des produits locaux (excellent merlu de ligne de Saint Jean de Luz !). Le vin blanc Portuguais est une belle découverte. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui respire l'histoire du Pays Basque.

Hôtel entièrement rénové avec goût. Adossé à un trinquet. Chambre petite avec un lit de 140cms, ce qui est un peu juste pour un 4 étoiles. Par contre petit balcon, jolie vue et personnel très sympathique. Bien adapté pour visiter la région.
