"The property was in a great location, right on the beach and near the Sandbanks. Since it was cold and rainy we did not get a chance to use either of them. The building was absolutely disgusting!!! Smelly, very dirty and very old carpet getting to the room. We were very apprehensive of even entering our room. The room clearly was in need of some new The carpet seemed newish, however after entering from the disgusting dirty hall, we were very careful not to walk around in our bare feet. The price was $253 for one night, which seemed reasonable until we got to the room. We clearly got one of the most rundown rooms in the resort. I am sure that the ones on the beach and closer to the restaurant were fully reno'ed. It did not look like the resort was full, so I am not sure why they would have put us in such a dump of a room, leaving us with such a bad impression that we will NEVER RETURN!!!!!"
