"Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel and rooms are dated and a bit shabby in areas, however, it was very clean (except the windows}. Love the 'wood' floors. The bed was fabulous and the large screen TV was good, could get channels and some streaming. The balcony was nice and the view wonderful. Breakfast was very good, eggs, waffles, sausages and cereal, yogurt etc. The staff was excellent! Lots of parking space on a lovely plot of land very close to PEC if visiting."

"Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up."

"We stayed for 1 night. Property is in need of updating. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had a sheet or pillow case rolled up behind the door which we did not touch, leftover from the previous guest or housekeeping. Toilet hardly flushed. Shower was too low, bathroom amenities were only for single use (shampoo, conditioner). TV was as advertised however the picture was small and grainy."

"There is no staff on site so you have to text or call while standing beside a busy highway to get your room number and an access code. The room is clean and has modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. However, the room was freezing cold but there is no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. There are virtually no amenities provided - no facial tissue, no bedside lamps, one bath towel (I had to ask for more), a tiny bar of Chinese soap and that’s about it. The rod to hang clothing...
