"The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms."
"Hotel needs to be updated, there was mold in my bathroom. A lot of seaweed on one part of the beach. It was just ok. Everything closed early with food."
"Great hotel would highly recommend it out of five stars. It gets 4 1/2 because it has two elevators but only one was working the whole time we were here, good thing it wasn’t crowded so you’re not waiting for the elevators. The other downside is they had only one restaurant for Saturday night makes no sense. How do you have a Saturday night and you only have one restaurant for the whole resort again they did well crowd control wise, but it’s a Saturday night. It should not be only one Restaurant.
Staff was great. Everyone was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back, but I would email the resort first to see what their Saturday nights were or plan accordingly for Saturdays knowing that they only have one restaurant and I check and see if the elevators were in better service, other than that, everything was in top shape.
Petel’s and Saneisha were fabulous. The whole crew at Drifters were absolutely terrific. Would absolutely recommend this hotel."
"The layout of the property is perfect. Close proximity to pool and beach. Pool has a beautiful shape. Pool bar and restaurant integrated. Beautiful vegetation and flowers all around. It is so enticing that many birds including humming birds, toads, frogs, lizards, and cats, are all attracted to the property.
Rooms have a fantastic patio facing all of this, perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The beach is second-to-none. Soft white sand, warm water, nice waves.
Ridiculously relaxing.
Possibly the best layout of any resort in Barbados.
The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful."
