"The fan in the master bedroom needs replacement. The room presentation was great. It is a resort for family oriented has its own kitchen which also helps the business traveler. Parking was good. Staff was great, especially my greeter who for being young handled different situations with ease, kudos for that. Congratulations you did good."

"An Unforgettable 30th Anniversary Getaway! We recently celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the Savannah Beach Club, and our stay was nothing short of awesome. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our milestone celebration special. We were touched to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a complimentary bottle of champagne to kick off our stay! The food and drinks were of a high standard—every meal was delicious, and the beachside refreshments were perfect. Speaking of the beach, the stretches of sand and ocean were absolutely amazing, pristine, and incredibly relaxing. I got to see baby turtles, experience paddle boarding and surfing. The location was perfect with easy access to many places and a short drive to experience the local life and nightlife. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the team. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate three decades together. We highly recommend Savannah Beach Club and cannot wait to return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the people who make this resort what it is. The resort itself was clean and welcoming, the food was good, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Sugar Bay has a lot going for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. That said, there are a few areas where management could make some relatively simple improvements that would go a long way toward elevating the overall guest experience: * Front gazebo: The stockpile of old mattresses near the front gazebo needs to be removed. It’s not the first impression you want guests to have. * Beach cleanliness: The beach should be checked and cleaned daily, including removing discarded cups and other debris. * Dirty dishes: We noticed dirty dishes with leftover food being left out for days. This is something that should be addressed promptly. * Beach bar signage: The missing or damaged letters on the Sugar Bay branding in front of the beach bar need to be replaced. Easy fix for 5 stars"

"Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy.The rooms are very nice however the shower was not cleaned properly and mould is visible in the bathroom. Other than that the staff is amazing and the food at the restaurant was great . Just be careful with the eggs at breakfast ! 😳"
