"Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the airport shuttle were all top notch. Across the street from the Mall of America made for an easy walk and shopping within minutes."

"The bar and restaurant were great. Not having streaming services in the room is wild to me in this day and age. There were a handful of cable channels and the tv picture kept turning off in the middle of the movies. Nice comfy and clean hotel in any case."

"Nice place with interesting history and architecture. And the staff was nice. My biggest problem was that our bedroom had no window. The adjoining living area did, but I can tend to be claustrophobic so was very uncomfortable with a wall with no windows bedside me. We never knew what the weather was when we woke up and no sunlight came in. I don't think they should have put us, or anyone, in that room without warning them first!!"
