"Upon entry we received no greeting. But even a simple good evening. The individual that was checking guest in looked as if she totally hated her job. Just looking at her computer screen, punching keys, etc. No explanation of breakfast, fitness room or pool hours, nothing. Just a $100 incidental fee, which is ludicrous. AND a $15 parking fee to park on their property. The bathroom door could barely be opened. It dragged on the bathroom floor so it had to be literally shoved hard to open. It never opened the whole way so you had to kinda shimmy through. And you had to do the same shove and push to get it to almost close. Now, you can't tell me the hotel didn't know about this. They didn't care to fix it. They choose not to fix it. No coffee maker in the room-"in an effort to reduce one time plastic cup use"! Like, what is that?! "
