"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Living room, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware. Loft for this that want to climb up to another room. Good price for all this. Only problem was bodily fluid on 2 of the mattresses in the Japanese room which made them so they couldn’t be used. I contacted management but...
