"This is a very basic place to stay at a very reasonable price. The important points Arte that the rooms are very very clean. The bathroom. super clean. The staff, excellent. Sarah and Mike were both helpful and friendly. I had a big pick-up truck (rental) and Sarah gave me her parking spot to kept out of the way and safe. I was visiting a family member just up the street at a retirement home so this was convenient and I would stay there again. I am well traveled internationally and stay at top hotels but for convenience to location where I was visiting for three days /two nights this worked well. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean and friendly place to stay with no frills, however you cannot put a rice on good people (the staff) and a clean room. Value for money in a world where value is hard to find.......and if you are on a budget, and location is important this will do you nicely."
