We highly recommend staying at this hotel. We booked 2 separate rooms, and each room was super clean, had beautiful and unique designs, super comfortable medium firm beds, great location by many restaurants, shopping, and massage places, and free Netflix with no subscription required in-room. The owner, Chin, is so sweet and accommodating. She gave us fantastic local recommendations and even gave us a tour of Hat Yai! She went above and beyond for us, and we truly appreciated her warm hospitality! Thank you!

Chic and charm but the bad just happened to me….

After researched and reviewed tons of hotels and guesthouses from different booking engines, we decided to choose here due to the high rating in guest comments. Our journey from Penang to the city went well without hassle until we arrived. We arrived earlier than expected and the lobby was locked without anybody. Neither the bell nor the phone nor email is answered truly frustrated. It given us a doubt if we were cheated by the booking. After waited half an hour, we had to leave and look for a cafe to settle down as the hallway is very narrow with the people at the neighbourhood watching making us uneasy. We received an apology reply from the hotel and picked us up back to the hotel to check in. Despite we appreciate the gesture to recover, I would recommend to double confirm with the hotel to make sure the lobby is manned within your arrival day to avoid unnecessary stress. Apart from the standard amenities, all our special requests were accommodated eg. ironing facility, universal adaptor, 2 double room next to each other, etc. if you are looking for a comfortable bedding, nice shower after a long day walk, a little entertainment at night with free Netflix, this place is worth the price we paid for. Particularly highlight the quality of the coffee which was amazing but the mugs were not cleaned the next day cleaning for my brother’s room. Be cautious as I had an accident on the last day hitting my right eye at the sharp edge of hook in the room that end my trip at Hatyai:(

Lovely small hotel in Hat Yai.

We had just landed after a long flight and were welcomed by the hostess who offered us lovely cold tea. A very relaxing check-in. The room was fine and so was the bathroom. However, there was no breakfast as is shown on the photos for this hotel. We had to go out for breakfast which was not a success.

As previous reviews indicated, Chin is an awesome lady and host. She was so welcoming and helpful including recommendations for dinner and morning dim sum and reasonably priced taxi service for our onward journey. I would definitely recommend Goodnight!!

This is an exceptional hotel. It is managed meticulously by the wonderful Ms Chin, a kind, caring and helpful lady. On check-in I was given a delicious welcome drink and on Chinese New Year’s Day I was very kindly given a traditional gift. My immaculate 3rd floor room (301) was spotlessly clean, well appointed, bright and sunny. The location was perfect too being just a very short walk from many eateries, an interesting local food market (great for breakfasts) and other amenities including a convenient self-service laundry and 7-11 stores. It is also only a fairly short easy walk to the local bus/van station. Goodnight Poshtel was a 'home from home'. It offers everything that the discerning traveller may need. I cannot recommend it highly enough and without hesitation I would stay here again. So thank you Ms Chin for being such a wonderful host! My stay was perfect and l enjoyed my time in Hat Yai all the more thanks to you and your team.

A little gem

A cosy small hotel stylishly decorated with an amazing Chin in charge. Nothing is too much trouble. We felt safe there as the front door is auto locked. No night person to provide security. The hotel has 8 rooms only on the second and third floor. There is no lift.
