"Staying here was probably the highlight stop of our trip in Japan. The staff were very helpful and so nice upon checkin. It looked like common areas were cleaned multiple times a day and they have lots of amenities to help with your stay. The rooms were very unique and had that organic Tatami mat smell. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would love to stay here again!"

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. "Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"Room is small but mighty. The location is a living area so it’s basically quiet all the time. Hotel is not that far from the train station. It fulfilled everything we need for our Tokyo trip. Breakfast is optional and a little bit pricy. However, the variety and flavor of the food supplied us an energetic morning."

"I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful. "The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."

"The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel. We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly."
