"L’hébergement est extrêmement vieux et non entretenu. Il aurait besoin de travaux d’entretien de toutes sortes. Il n’y a pas de cafetière ou de bouilloire. J’ai dû aller m’acheter des produits nettoyants pour le plancher, le bain et la toilette. Si j’avais eu les moyens, j’aurais demandé un remboursement et je serais allée ailleurs. Je vais souvent dans des hôtels qui ne sont pas chers, mais c’est toujours propre, même quand c’est vieux et laid."

"Très bien situé, à moins de 12 minutes de marche du Vieux-Sherbrooke. Les propriétaires et le personnel se distinguent par une grande discrétion, allant jusqu’à s’effacer pour laisser toute la place au séjour. Cette réserve pourra plaire à certains, mais elle nous a laissés avec le sentiment d’être un peu de trop. Superbe demeure de 1872, soigneusement rénovée.
