"During my stay, I can say that I was somewhat disappointed when it came to the service from some of the staff. When visiting the restaurants and buffet, most of the employees were not very attentive. Maybe one or two people would greet you warmly and make you feel welcome. There were several occasions where we were not even offered water at the table, and when requesting something simple, the staff would either disappear or forget to bring it. I’m not sure if this was due to the hotel being understaffed or another issue. On the first night, I called reception to request someone to check the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, room service was not provided at any time during my stay. On a positive note, I had a very good experience at the bar. The employees there were much more attentive, especially Jose, who consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. He always served with a smile and truly made a difference in the overall experience."

"Very beautiful view of beach! Safe for solo travel. Did not offer activities listed on website such as snorkeling or kayaking! Food was good other than the snack bar and the staff were very friendly. The drinks were good and house cleaning was okay. Nice property overall!"

"We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon.
