"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Del Mar! From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. "The hotel itself is clean and was fine for two days of stay. It’s located in a very busy area but you don’t hear any outside noise. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. We waited for over an hour for our room after check in time to which she eventually informed us she could in fact give our family a readily available room this entire time. "This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "

"Property is ok but is due an update. Staff was friendly but had trouble getting towels, rags and soap. We ran out of soap and only received 2 towels and 2 rags every night when we booked 5 people in the room. "
