"I dont know where to start. It could not have been any worse. I have had surgery on both knees and had to climb 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day because the elevator was broken. My daughter asked the front desk why didnt you say something before you processed the card, He said " I dont have to" He literally had a smirk on his face as I told him about my handicap. "The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. "

I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom "

"Beautiful hotel and room. The only thing that let me down was the paint peeling in the bathroom. Paint chips all over the floor and shower. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. "
