"The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

"A good place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the beach experience was great, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants nearby.
Two things that could be improved:
First, the pool/beach area has only one restroom (maybe there was another one for men, but I am not sure), and it was not clean most of the time.
Second, the bathroom was spacious and included both a nice bathtub and a large showerhead....
