"Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. "We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. There is a free bus that leaves from a stop just close to chalet A that takes you to other ski lifts along...

Magasin de location/achat de matériel de ski dans la résidence. Restaurant dans la résidence (moyen). A 3 minutes à pied des pistes (télésiège, vente de forfaits, départ cours ESF), mais un peu loin du centre du village (bars, restaurants, commerces) à pied. Parking...

"Pool pictured is NOT onsite- it is public pool you can have access to by showing your room key. Rooms were basic but clean and warm enough. Not enough storage and slightly awkward design. Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets. Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels. Still snow on Terres Grasses nursery slope near apartments in March. Ski hire place and souvenir shop on site. Bakery and small shop 5-10 minute walk, you can also do a bakery order through reception. Car parking wasn't a problem plenty of space but no dedicated space for apartments. Ski lockers useful just for skis and poles but no room for boots and unheated. Skiing was good in March slopes open and fresh snow. Roads around apartments were well gritted. "
