"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! "Los apartamentos son nuevos con todas las comodidades. Echo en falta que los radiadores no funcionaron en los 5 días que estuvimos. La explicación era que tenia 23 grados la casa, increíble porque nunca funcionaron, a cambio nos dieron un radiador para sustituir esta carencia. Creo que deben arreglar esto."
