"Rooms were clean. The location is central, close to the metro, so the commute is easy. All amenities were present & declared. Staff is extremely helpful, and lockers are available in case you need to keep some bags. Overall, I had a great experience."

Sin embargo, en los 10 días de estancia, no limpiaron la habitación ni un solo día; no me pudieron proporcionar una sábana para la segunda recámara, no hubo más papel higiénico. El hotel y la habitación que me tocó tiene un extraño olor a humedad. La zona fuera del hotel, no se siente muy segura para caminar."

"We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat zeker bijdraagt aan een fijne ervaring. Ook de locatie is goed: het hotel ligt dichtbij het station, waardoor je gemakkelijk naar het centrum van Parijs kunt reizen. Er zijn echter ook een aantal verbeterpunten. Het ontbijt was elke dag exact hetzelfde, zonder variatie. Zeker omdat wij er rond Pasen verbleven, hadden we iets extra’s of feestelijks verwacht, maar daar werd helaas niets mee...

The hotel reception staff are not friendly, and one member of staff wanted to enter while I was there in the room to change a leaflet, intrusive when I said why and can’t they do it when I check out "
