"I had a lovely overnight stay at the Bellisimo! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The hotel was clean and quite pretty. I loved my room! I slept wonderfully well in the king bed. And the bubble bath in the morning in the jacuzzi tub was, dare I say, "Bellisimo!" The shuttle bus to and from Foxwoods was very convenient. And the bus driver, Jim, was great! He was both informative and personable. The Bellisimo gives boutique hotel vibes and I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay....

"Overall a fair 3 star stay. The room was a bit old, flat feather pillows were not for a good nights sleep at all and the chair at the desk looked like it had lost a fight with a pack of wolves. For the most part it was clean and ok. The staff were super nice and respectful. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal however. With some updating this would be a much better stay for the money, but I would certainly be comfortable staying again in the future."

"We booked a three-day stay at the hotel. A few hours after our arrival, while spending time at the outdoor pool, we discovered a tick attached to our four-year-old daughter's ear. It was an incredibly distressing experience. We had to rush to the emergency room, where she was prescribed antibiotics. Consequently, she was strictly forbidden from being exposed to the sun, which completely ruined the rest of our vacation. When we brought this to the staff's attention, their only response was to...

"Room was not very convenient for family of 4. Room only had 1 chair. Sofa bed was not prepared with any linens. Room service was only every other day but only 1 door hook in bathroom to hang wet towels."

"The room had a nice mattress. There were nice towels. The room had rusty ceiling supports. There was water damage on the ceiling over the desk. The carpet needs a good cleaning. The place is under construction and partway into a remodel. The staff wasn't attentive. they were on their phones and didn't notice me at check in or checkout. They were going through the motions. Glad we only stayed one night on a longer trip across the region."
