"Bei Ankunft stand ich vor verschlossenen Türen, niemand da, keine Rezeption, nichts. Nur Schlüsselboxen. Nach 45 min Telefonat mit dem Inhaber wurde eine unberechtigte Nachforderung von 76 USD erhoben, obwohl vorher bereits alles bezahlt war! Ansonsten hätte er die Kombination für die Schlüsselbox nicht rausgerückt. Die Zahlung erfolgte dann durch telefonische Durchgabe der Kreditkarten incl. Sicherheitscode. Katastrophal! Das Zimmer, Sauberkeit usw. war dann ok."

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "
