"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Nice hotel EXCEPT my resort view room looked over a large rooftop of gravel. Not the view in the website pictures.
Busy location with shops and places to eat. Good on-site breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Asked for late checkout but didn't get it. Had to ask for temporary passes to use resort while waiting for evening flight and was given a wrist band for pool but not able to use a bathroom with it??? That was very inconvenient. Something about a system upgrade which was...

"Most places closes early ( pool bar, spa, etc). It was very hard finding towels (all towel kiosks were empty for us). Adult swimming pool was small and had no special accommodations. Location is FARRR from the main Kona area (30minute drive) and there is nothing in Waikoloa except the village itself."
