Older hotel but well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Easy walk to restaurants and Kona tourist streets. We had an ocean view room and it was wonderful

Beautiful views, nice rooms, and daily housekeeping were definite positives. The resort was a bit too large and not very stroller-friendly with all the bridges and stairs, and the tram often had long waits. Nui Italian had amazing service and a great atmosphere, but food and extras around the resort ...
