"This was a perfect place to land near campus with lovely grounds and interior to enjoy day and night. Yummy breakfast and friendly staff to boot! Can't wait to return :)"
"Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. Mold in the bathtub, wall edge molding around the tub missing causing scraping to leg and knees, bathroom sink drawer’s falling out unsecured only 2 towels in room....
"Liked that it is connected to Ala Moana shopping center and is also a pink line stop on the trolley.
Did not like that there was no daily room service. "

"The only bad things were with the reantal car staff they are super bad and the attitude is really really bad so bad that it really needs to be taken care of that or fire that staff and get better oneso"
"Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there's a gym. The restaurant in the hotel was great and also the convenient store, alot of selection to choose from. International Market was just across the street, shops and eateries were close by."
"One block away from the beach, very well located, friendly staff, daily room service, clean facilities, the dowside, expensive park ing $47 per day,and due to the location and been in the center of everything a little bit noisy. "
