"I’ve traveled all over the country, and this was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. Do not stay here! The shower barely got warm, and the toilet didn't flush at all. I asked the front desk to fix the issues or move me to a new room before I left for work, but when I got back after a long day, nothing had been done. "Very convenient location in Belmont neighborhood and short walk/drive to Hawthorne neighborhood. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet building with hardwood floors and character with built-ins. Easy to find free on-street parking. Would stay here again. Only issue was staff didn't respond to request fir extra towels."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room was clean and comfortable! They have a rooftop restaurant with great food and drinks . We enjoyed dinner the first night and had an amazing view . The hotel offers valet parking only,but the gentleman were quick and friendly! Front desk staff were also friendly .
