"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"For a room that was $200 a night I was incredibly disappointed! The first thing I tried to use was the TV & remote. It took me 10 minutes to turn the tv on with the remote because of how sticky the buttons were on the remote and once the tv came on the coloring was broken so you could barely see what was going on. I gave up on the TV and went to take a shower. The glass panel of the shower was coming out of the ceiling and was loose & wobbly. I went to blow dry my hair only to find that there...

"Just skip this place. Its not a family friendly environment. It's located in a very sketchy part of town. I left as soon as I checked in. I did not feel safe. Dirty sheets, a vial of used I don't know what, questionable people and acts occurring on and around the property...nobody cared.

"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."
