"Hotel was clean, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Pool was nice but hot tub could have been a bit warmer. Breakfast was excellent with several hot options. Waffle dispenser kept malfunctioning but staff was happy to help. Only downside was no ice buckets. When we asked about an ice bucket we were given two trash bags to use."

"I booked this room on purpose because it is a no pets hotel, I don’t like dealing with pet hair. I also booked a 2 bed, 1 sofa bed room . It turned out the sofa was so covered with hair we couldn ’t use it. The floor was also very hairy. Unacceptable"

"Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. We got a suite to sleep 6, which meant 2 on a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the springs could be felt. Everything else was fine. "

"I appreciate the breakfast that was included. The staff was fine. It was nice to have a jetted tub to relax, however the staff must have forgotten to clean it after the previous guests. It had a collection of debris on the filter and spots (not a complete ring) of dirt. Also the remote to the TV by the bed did not work, consequently, it could not be used.
