"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand.
When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

"We changed to this hotel. And are we glad we did. What a great place. Ideal just out of the city centre, one train stop away. Station right across the road. Super facilities, everything clean. Great bar with good choice of beers. Great food. Plenty of space. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again if in the Gong."
