"First time experience was best starting with free garage parking. From there get on the elevator and checking in. Check in with shift manager Shanika she was super sweet and nice. Explained everything and showed us how to access everything. Casino was nice. Ordered breakfast was good. Casino was big and nice only thing not a gambler so lost my money lol. But would recommend nice hotel was beautiful."

"Rooms were very clean. I think this is one of the only hotels I have felt truly safe with staying by myself. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. Their thermostats were also very nice, typically hotels don't have them, but I appreciated that this one did!"

"I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer."

"I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation."

"Stay here if you want to hear intimate moments of your neighbors waking you through the night. I'm not a prude. The walls and doors are paper thin. Dirty entry to building.Dirty halls, Dirty room. Moldy shower. Yellow gunk, hair and God knows what else thriving behind the bathroom door. The elevator cried with every move, beat up, wallpaper ripped, chunks of paint knocked off the sad walls. The whole place smelled like dog pee. This needs torn down or shut down and sanitized and rebuilt. Gross."

"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Ice machine was down due to recent power outage from severe weather and staff obtained ice from kitchen for me (above and beyond effort)."

"Was a very average hotel. Kind of Musty, and the bathroom didn’t have soap. I called down to ask, and no one brought it up the entire night. The room was large, but the bathroom was pretty dirty. Not worth the nearly $300 I spent."
