This is due to the hotel apparently not owning the parking facility and they need to either cover the cost for their checked in clients or tell clients upfront that paid parking is provided. "Basically a scam. The property rang us on the morning of check-in, cancelled the reservation and said it would process a refund. Then refused to refund us after I had to chase hotels.com. Do not use this property or anything associated with it."

"Place was nice but some of the workers had a nasty attitude and made us go to the basement to get on elevator. The bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing I had to fill up the toilet with water for every flush. I will not be staying there again "

"On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at.
