"They offered a sit-down complimentary breakfast that looked good; unfortunately, I was pressed for time and had to just grab some pastries off the table. The stay was super enjoyable."

"We stay here often, our go to hotel in Stafford"

"Me and my dog were made to feel very welcome. Only thing would be if was possible to be be given a room at the furtherest end of the corridor as to not have too many other people walking past etc as my dog and I got very little sleep due to I think being surrounded by wedding guests who ofcourse partying well into the early hours that mean my dog found it difficult to settle"

"Excellent location and great place to stay for a night. The lady at the reception was really welcoming. Good to have parking sorted. The place by itself can use a makeover. No complaints though."

"Well located, comfortable but can be hot if summers are again like 2026. Food pretty good too."

"Nice hotel, good rooms and incredible food. Bed was comfy and had a decent ceiling fan for the heat."

"Free use of the oldest swimming pool in Birmingham included. Across the road. Close to centre. Not sure what times bar is open as no-one there Saturday afternoon. Plenty of amenities near by."

"Good professional check in. Slight hiccup with the room I had booked but this was very quickly sorted out by the check in desk staff. All very clean and comfortable and a nice large shower. Will stay again."
