"Hotel was in a convenient location. Close to airport with a gas station right across the street. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. Getting to the airport was great. Unfortunately, after we landed was a bit of a mess. We called front desk to let them know we were ready for a ride. Turns out, there were about 30 of us waiting for the same ride. The first van packed as many people in as they could, leaving 17 of us to wait. Called front desk again asking them to please send another van. While waiting, another group approached the waiting spot. We kindly told them we had been waiting an hour for a ride and please let us all go first. All 17 packed in, including one lady who sat on the floor. When we finally made it back, we had to wait another 15 minutes because the back door of the van was jammed. By the time it was all said and done, we got in our car 2 HOURS after we landed. We said many times, we should have just got an Uber. But, after paying $8 a day to park, we didn’t want to add to that expense. "
