"Great location and a very helpful and patient staff who went out of there way for us and we were only there for one night"

"Our room was just ok. Beds were again just ok. Our meal at the hotel was treatable. It was on Monthers day. The food was not eatable. We ordered chicken stip basket and a noodle dish it was the worst. We still payed but not worth the price at all pass if you are ever at the DFW Hyatt "

"We found the room to be in need of updating. Paint was peeling off the wall by the blinds and while taking a shower the shower door came off of its track and fell into the shower at me. The rollers are missing on the shower door. When we checked in the couch had white moist spots on it that I had to clean off. One day housekeeping did not clean our room and when they did clean the room the supplies were not replaced. In the past we’ve stayed at the Residence Inn that is across from this Home2...
