I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. "We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. We do appreciate the effort, though moving luggage with the family was not ideal, and we were left wondering why the better room wasn’t assigned from the start. Breakfast was...

"Omelets were delicious. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Even though it’s right on the highway it was still quiet with very little traffic noise. Would definitely recommend this property! "

"Not a very nice place. Grumpy old guy. Dated furnishings. The beds were up on blocks of wood on which i stubbed my toe and bled everywhere. We did a 7 night road trip and this was the the worst place. Would not recommend. "
