"We had a room in the annex and it was excellent, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was a bit high at €20 per person per meal but it was very complete. Very little room to park to get bags out and paking is a couple of blocks away. €38.50 for two nights parking not at the hotel is terrible. I would suggest the hotel find guest parking nearer and lowered cost for their guests. A great city to visit but high cost of parking+city tax+high cost of breakfast+hotel price makes it feel like you've been...

"The staff was very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage with them for a couple of hours while I explored Heidelberg. The room was very nice, probably the best one I stayed in during my 2 week European Adventure. Finally, the breakfast was plentiful and offered a nice variety to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Heidelberg and would stay again, if my travels take me through this area. Chris."

"My only struggle was showing up later than expected and not being able to contact the emergency number due to my phone, but I got it figured out and everyone was kind and approachable. I stayed in a single room, which worked for me, but I would definitely look at the larger rooms if I was with my wife and/or family. "

"The attic apartment was a great find! View of the main Neckar River bridge on one side and view of the Heidelberg castle on the other side!! Big bedroom, small kitchen, nice bathroom with shower, separate bathtub, 2 sinks! Just be prepared to walk up little stairs to the 5th floor, which was a bit hard with luggage but fine after that. And there is an underground parking structure about 2 blocks away if you bring a car or public transportation bus stops right in front of apartment."
