"Would be great if shower was hotter"

"I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this...

"We asked for a room off of the Main Street to keep the noise levels down and it was better but still a good bit of street noise. Hotel is nice and Bernie’s is excellent. Ten is supposed to be an upscale dining experience however the furniture is very very outdated and uncomfortable."

"A little bit of a sketchy area, as we pulled up we had people yelling and seemed to be doing illegal substances. On the other side of the parking lot a dude was getting wasted and then the cops showed up and arrested him. Our toliet clogged and we were handed a plunger to fix it ourselves. This was one of my only options in our route that was pet friendly but it was not worth what we paid. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy and the pool was good enough for my kids to get energy out. "

"The front desk person who ran the shuttle was very kind and helpful. Never felt like I was a bother at all. The room was iffy. There was no screen in the window. The room was EXTREMELY tiny (I dont know that 2 people could both fit in the room). The shower was dirty (the soap from the last person was still in there) and it was VERY VERY LOUD. "The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...
